Your Stay

Meals are taken at the school dining room. Drinks are not included.
Free coffee & tea is available in the bar and in the main building.
Breakfast: 7:45 am to 8:45 am ; Lunch: 12:30 am ; Dinner: 7:30 pm

The school does not recommend that participants come accompanied, especially in winter, especially with children..
The school has 5 double rooms only. The organizers must inform the school secretariat of any accompanying persons (number, age) so that the most appropriate accommodation possible is offered to them. Accompanying persons pay a daily fee of 48 euros (VAT included) for accommodation and three meals.

The cafeteria has a piano, baby-foot and table tennis.

A flashlight is handy at night ; the school chalets are scattered on the mountainside and outside lights may be poor (power failures, storms,...).

  • We are pleased to announce that we are able to waive the conference fee. Lodging and meals on the school site will be at our charge for all participants.

Talks and Posters

  • Inscriptions to the workshop are welcome, those with abstract being favoured.
  • The program will include 12 contributed talks (duration: 15min + 5min for questions).
  • A poster session will be organized.

The altitude of the school is 1150 m. Temperature may range from -15 to 5°C in winter and from 5 to 25°C in summer. Sport clothes are preferable. Warm sweater(s), rain gear, good walking shoes and home shoes are necessary.
